Sustainability Database Reporting System©

If NGO surveys drain too much of your staff time and energy, you'll want to look into our NGO/GRI SQL database-based support system.

An ever increasing number of major corporations frequently receive survey questionnaires from Non Governmental Organizations (NGOs). These surveys request information about environmental, diversity, financial, human resources, social, and myriad other company efforts.

A single Survey Document might cover a few as ten or as many as 100 issues. Corporations benefit by responding with current information, for otherwise outdated information might be disseminated from public sources.

Another set of issue indicators, the Global Reporting Initiative’s Indicators, derives from the 2002 Sustainability Reporting Guidelines.

While the spectrum of NGO Survey questions derive from topics covering a broad spectrum of questions, the Initiative’s (GRI) Indicators are specific topic areas for which GRI suggests corporations might prepare and provide uniform sets of answers.

Our Sustainability Reporting Support System lets you cross reference the two, presenting various advantages:

    – to standardize an organization’s responses to Non-Governmental Organizations

    – to provide a common repository for the most current NGO/GRI (Global Resource Initiative) sustainability reporting data

    – to simplify the task of preparing responses to NGO surveys and questionnaires submitted by these organizations

    – to enable NGO personnel to obtain current responses to their past Surveys, update past surveys, or setup new surveys and automatically and immediately obtain current response data
